This cancellation and refund policy outlines how charges are applied based on when a booking is cancelled.

Please read the following steps and policy details carefully before making or cancelling a reservation.

Cancellations and Refunds

Free Cancellation

Up to 7 Days Before Arrival

Guests may cancel their booking up to 7 days before arrival and receive a full refund. No charges will apply.

Partial Refund

7 Days to 2 Days Before Arrival

Cancellations made between 7 days and 2 days prior to arrival will incur a charge of 25% of the total booking price. Guest receives 75% back.

Non-Refundable

Within 2 Days or No-Show

Cancellations made within 2 days of arrival, or failure to show up, will result in a 100% charge of the booking amount.

Special Bookings

Certain bookings, such as group reservations or special events, may require a non-refundable deposit. This will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.

📋 How Cancellations & Refunds Work

1Guest Requests Cancellation — Through our platform, email, or directly with the resort.
2Check Timing of Cancellation — Days before arrival decide refund: +7 days → Full refund | 7–2 days → 25% charge | <2 days / no-show → 100% charge.
3Apply the Correct Charge — Calculate deductions, confirm final refund amount.
4Process the Refund — Using original payment method (few business days depending on provider).
5Special Booking Conditions (if applicable) — For group/special events, non-refundable deposit portion is not refunded.
6Confirmation to Guest — We send cancellation date, refund amount, charges applied, and estimated timeline.
