This cancellation and refund policy outlines how charges are applied based on when a booking is cancelled.

Cancellations and Refunds

Free Cancellation
Up to 7 Days Before Arrival
Guests may cancel their booking up to 7 days before arrival and receive a full refund. No charges will apply.
Partial Refund
7 Days to 2 Days Before Arrival
Cancellations made between 7 days and 2 days prior to arrival will incur a charge of 25% of the total booking price. Guest receives 75% back.
Non-Refundable
Within 2 Days or No-Show
Cancellations made within 2 days of arrival, or failure to show up, will result in a 100% charge of the booking amount.
Special Bookings
Certain bookings, such as group reservations or special events, may require a non-refundable deposit. This will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
